17th May was the Norwegian Constitution Day, and this year I decided to try something new.
I decided Sunday that I wanted to do something special, and something creative because I haven't managed to sit down in a long time to do anything like that.
I used glass beads, small plastic beads, pearls, all in the three colours of my country's flag, and wire, a lot of wire. First I took three big beads and then wrapped the wire around it, adding smaller beads to decorate those three beads. Then I added a pearl at the bottom, it moves, and attached it to the hooks.
I love the earrings, even if it's not something I would wear daily. When I was done with them I put them on and asked my family what they thought, the response was different. Funny, special, strange, and 'looks like crap'. I know it's not the best and prettiest thing out there, but I think they look nice and cute. I will try and make a different version of these later to see if it gets a better response from my family.
